Epson launches latest hi-definition 4-in-1 targeted at home users

Epson launches latest hi-definition 4-in-1 targeted at home users The Stylus Photo TX800FW with fax, automatic document feeder and Wi-Fi, comes with a black gloss finish and touch panel interface Epson has announced the Middle East launch of the Stylus Photo TX800FW, its latest hi-definition 4-in-1 with fax, automatic document feeder and Wi-Fi. The elegantly-designed device offers advanced functionality which is accessed and controlled via an impressive touch panel interface. Ideal for all kinds of home applications, including premium home photo printing, users can expect photographic prints that will exceed lab print quality.

Designed to seamlessly integrate into a living room, the Epson Stylus TX800FW comes with a black gloss finish, giving it an ultra modern look. Its carefully considered contours hide an automatic document feeder whilst the twin paper trays are fully integrated, adding to its overall sleek design.

To add functionality to the design, the Epson Stylus TX800FW comes with integrated Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, enabling users to print over their home network. It features a 19.8cm LCD touch panel viewer which tilts to provide the most comfortable viewing angle. The dynamic menu system guides users effortlessly through the preview and printing options, including some unique features such as printing customised stationery. Users can also print directly from a Pictbridge connected camera, or from memory cards for ultimate ease of use. An optional automatic duplexer clicks on the rear of the main unit and provides double-sided printing, including booklet printing.

Besides its elegant design, its many features and intuitive interface, the Epson Stylus TX800FW delivers outstanding results thanks to Epson Claria Photographic Ink, a Hi-Definition, dye-based ink that gives better-than-lab-quality photos. This ink comes in individual cartridges so users only replace the colour they use. In addition a new high-speed Micro Piezo print head is at the heart of the device providing the fastest inkjet printing technology from Epson available.

Khalil El Dalu, General Manager, Epson Middle East, said: "The Stylus Photo TX800FW is not only aesthetically designed to complement every living room setting, it also offers advanced functionality to meet the diverse needs of discerning consumers in the region. Users will certainly appreciate the features such as integrated Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, and automatic document feeder, which make this 4-in-1 extremely appealing to home users."
