Tata Consultancy Services Chooses Kaseya's VSA Platform

Kaseya, a supplier of information technology (IT) automation software for IT solution providers and public and private sector IT organizations, announced that its Virtual System Administrator (VSA) platform for real-time, Web-based IT task and process management has been selected by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global IT services and consulting firm, to provide IT automation for TCS IT-as-a-Service in India.

According to company officials, TCS business concept of serving SMBs is defined as "IT-as-a-Service". In "IT-as-a-Service" model TCS delivers on-demand business capability with an integrated suite of hardware, network and software solutions, along with business, technical and consulting services in a "build-as-you-grow", "pay-as-you-use" model through a combination of on-premise and shared services hosted platforms.

Venguswamy Ramaswamy, Global Head, Small and Medium Business, Tata Consultancy Services, said, "Kaseya's VSA platform is an excellent choice for our IT-as-a-Service offering.
