Allot & Exclusive Networks Launch Strategic Pan-European and North African Distribution Partnership

Partnership to Increase Allot's Penetration Into European and North African Market

Allot Communications Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALLT), a leader in IP service optimization and revenue generation solutions based on deep packet inspection (DPI), and Exclusive Networks, a leading European and North African value-added distributor, announced today their strategic pan-European distribution partnership. The agreement is aimed at increasing Allot's access to local resellers and integrators in the European and North African market and creating new opportunities via Exclusive's unique distribution policy model, with a focus on France, UK, Belgium, Switzerland, Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia) and Senegal.

This agreement adds to Allot's existing partnerships, and reflects the company's strategy on meeting the growing international demand from enterprise and service providers. Exclusive Networks will support Allot's complete range of products, including Service Gateway, NetEnforcer, NetXplorer, ServiceProtector and more, which are designed to provide actionable network intelligence, reduce capex/opex, generate new sources of revenue and maximize network efficiency.

"We are delighted that Allot has chosen to partner with us and expand our range of solutions," said Olivier Breittmayer, President and Director General of Exclusive Networks France. "Allot's efficient and advanced products will appeal to both our enterprise and service provider clients. The combination of application optimization with the focus on quality of experience (QoE) will enable customers to contain network bandwidth costs, prioritize business critical applications and create new services."

"This new partnership with Exclusive Networks promises to improve local customer access to support and training and increase the expansion of our global presence," commented Eli Cohen, Allot's Vice President of International Sales. "We look forward to a long and successful relationship with Exclusive Networks."
