Angel Biotechnology Holdings plc signs GMP contract with ReNeuron for Phase I clinical trial

Angel Biotechnology Holdings plc (AIM: ABH), a biopharmaceutical contract manufacturer, said today (9 June) that it has entered into a GMP manufacturing contract with UK-based stem cell business ReNeuron Group plc.

This follows ReNeuron's recent MHRA regulatory approval to begin a clinical trial with stem cell therapy for stroke.

Angel will be ReNeuron's manufacturing partner and will produce its ReN001 stem cell product for a Phase I clinical trial.

The value of the contract was not disclosed.
