Vicwest Income Fund selects SAP Business All-in-One solutions

Vicwest Income Fund, a Canadian manufacturer and distributor of building construction products, has selected SAP Business All-in-One solutions from SAP Canada to integrate its supply chain, increase efficiency and visibility across its operations and provide a platform to drive business growth.

According to SAP, to consolidate disparate systems and streamline processes across its organization, Vicwest will implement SAP Business All-in-One, which is built on SAP technology. Designed to meet the needs of mid-size companies, the enterprise resource planning solution provides functionality to enable integrated business processes, enhanced collaboration across the supply chain and improved productivity.

SAP said that Vicwest will also leverage the customer relationship management (CRM) functionality in SAP Business All-in-One to deliver consistent customer experience across marketing, sales and service channels. The CRM functionality provides employees with a single, complete and up-to-date view of customer information, enabling them to respond to changing customer needs, maximize business opportunities and increase profitability.
