P&G uses Axway solution for external managed file transfers

US-based consumer products provider Procter & Gamble has used Axway's business-to-business solution for its external managed file transfers.

Axway has said that the solution delivers secure file transfer with real-time visibility and control, improving communication within and outside Procter & Gamble (P&G). It also offers the agility P&G needs to respond to changes in its supply chain.

Chuck Patterson, service manager of enterprise application integration at P&G, said: "With Axway we are innovating our supply chain. With our global, diverse supply chain, it is crucial we have the flexible partner on boarding and management as well as the reliable and secure file transfer capabilities the Axway solution provides.
