5G Wireless Communications Issues Open Update Letter to Shareholders

5G Wireless Communications has issued an open letter to shareholders.

In a release dated June 8, the company stated:

Dear Shareholders:

In management's ongoing effort to provide updates to the shareholders and the investment community regarding efforts previously disclosed in our Open Letter To the Shareholders on May 21, as well as provide updates on the Companies recent activities, we are providing this Open Update Letter to Shareholders.

- Added Solar Energy Expert David Slawson to the Advisory Board

- The company is in the final stages of completing the required filings to effectuate the name change from 5G Wireless Communications, Inc. to Clean Energy and Power, Inc. Management expects to complete this process by June 30.

- In its June 4, filing of Schedule 14C, with the SEC, the company disclosed a revision of the date by which all delinquent filings and reports would be brought current to July 21.

- The company continues to update its website cleaneregyandpower.com with the most recent projects for which it has signed Letters of Intent or Strategic Alliance Agreements. These include:

o Solar Project in Kajov, Czech Republic

o Solar Project in Kaplice, Czech Republic

- Signed Strategic Alliance and Development Agreements with Magnagas and Applied Hadronics for the development of a Mobile Hydrogen Fuel Refinery

- The company is working on raising the capital required to realize the revenue and profit potential of the projects it has signed as well as set the foundation for further opportunities that are under development.

The company continues to pursue a number of strategic alliances which management believes will contribute to building the company's future value. We will provide additional updates in the coming weeks and months.
