SFL announces sale of retail-unit building for EUR22.3m

Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise (SFL) (Paris:FLY), a property dealer in the Paris office and retail property market, on Wednesday (10 June) announced the sale of a 3,200 square-metre office and retail-unit building located 62 rue Beaubourg in the 3rd arrondissement to TMW Pramerica Property Investment GmbH.

The transaction had a value of EUR22.3m, excluding transfer costs.

The seller was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, under a co-exclusive contract with Jones Lang LaSalle. The seller was advised by Oudot & Associes and the buyer by Allez & Associes.
