CMG Holdings, Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary The Experiential Agency, Inc. (XA), has formed a joint venture with Nylina, LLC and AudioEye, Inc. to create an internet broadcast music channel. The joint venture entity, 24HVC, LLC, will transmit music content via an internet broadcast channel. All the companies are based in the US.
CMG is a marketing, sports, entertainment, and management communications company operating in the sectors of talent management, event management, and commercial rights. XA is an event marketing, design, and production company. Audio Eye is a developer of patent pending and internet content publication and distribution software.
The 24 Hour Video Channel(TM) (24HVC) will deliver live music performances, on-demand videos, and other music entertainment content in a high definition video and audio format.
