Charter's Loyalty Program Honored with 2009 NEDMA and 2008 CableFAXIE Awards

Charter Communications, Inc. announced that its Live It with Charter customer loyalty program has been recognized by both the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA) and CableFAX Daily for its successful multimedia and direct mail marketing campaigns in 2008 and 2009.

NEDMA, the oldest regional direct marketing association in the country, each year recognizes creative and strategic marketing achievements in New England that produce dramatic results.

Charter was recognized at the 28th annual NEDMA Award Show, June 10 at the Roxy in Boston. CableFAX Daily is the cable industry's most respected daily news publication and longtime sponsor of the CableFAXIE awards, which recognize the year's outstanding marketing and communications initiatives in the highly competitive and dynamic cable arena.

"Charter understands the need to go beyond our customers' expectations in order to differentiate ourselves from our competitors," said Phil Bellaria, Vice President of Customer Loyalty at Charter. "Charter is focused on continuously improving the end-to-end customer experience and providing value with the Charter Bundle. We've increased our number of customer care agents, upgraded the technology used by our employees, and we've enhanced agent training to better serve our customers. The Live It with Charter program helps us let our customers know that we appreciate them. We are honored to be recognized with these awards for the growth and success of our Live It with Charter marketing campaigns."

Charter collaborates on its loyalty program with Epsilon, a multichannel marketing company and an Alliance Data subsidiary. Epsilon has assisted Charter in managing the program's website, dashboards, technology platform, email platform (DREAM), data services, analytics, strategy and creative.
