Carmen Jordan Appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Encore Bank

Encore Bank, N.A. ("Encore"), a subsidiary of Encore Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq:EBTX), today announced the appointment of Carmen Jordan as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Encore Bank.

Jordan is actively involved with St. Laurence Catholic Church in Sugar Land, volunteers at First Colony soccer club, and serves on the Advisory Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Jordan is a graduate of Lamar University with a B.B.A. degree in Finance. Carmen and her husband, Matt, have two daughters, Kelsey and Kendall.
