MetroPCS Expands Service in Texarkana, Texas

Residents of Texarkana and extended areas in East Texas now have a new alternative to traditional wireless service plans.

MetroPCS Communications, a provider of unlimited wireless communications service flat-rate with no signed contract, announced the expansion of its service into Texarkana. MetroPCS currently offers service in Dallas/Fort Worth, Waco, Tyler, Longview, Marshall, Kilgore and Shreveport and Bossier City, La. This expansion also includes several cities in East Texas including Mount Vernon extending into Mount Pleasant later this summer.

MetroPCS offers a diverse selection of service plans, which allow customers to talk 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week, and enhanced service options so that residents of Texarkana can create a wireless experience that best fits their lifestyles. With MetroPCS, customers pay by the month, not by the minute, and services do not require a signed contract, deposit or credit check.

Upon expansion of service, MetroPCS will have seven authorized dealer locations in Texarkana, one authorized dealer location in Mount Vernon, and two authorized dealer locations in Mount Pleasant.
