'Equinix plans to build 4th data centre in Zurich'

Global data centre services provider Equinix plans to build a new data centre in Zurich to cope with customer growth, creating its 4th data centre in the city. The new facility will add 1,200 sq mt of sellable data centre space. The company already operates three International Business Exchange (IBX) data centres in Zurich. The investment comes as market demand for colocation and data centre services outpaces supply.
