Action Staffing (http://www.myactionstaffing.com/)of Loveland, CO has secured a seven figure contract with the Colorado Department of Transportation to provide classroom and on-the-job training as well as job placement in highway and road repair positions to the unemployed. The On-the-Job-Training program was established using funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, signed into law by President Barack Obama on February 17, 2009.

Targeted towards women and minorities, the program is funded by the Federal Highway Administration through a competitive grant process.
