Torex Retail signs deal to provide new POS solution for Sibylla

Torex Retail Holdings, a provider of integrated technology solutions to the extended retail market, has signed a E775,000 deal to provide a new point-of-service or POS solution to Sibylla, the Swedish fast food superbrand.

According to Torex Retail, by the end of 2009, Sibylla will install Torex Oscar POS, an integrated, store and central management suite, in 220 outlets throughout Sweden.

Torex Retail has said that Torex Oscar POS will give Sibylla real-time visibility, control and analysis of its business operations from the checkout through to stock and pricing control, down to profit centre level, and multi-branch management.

The Torex solution is expected to help Sibylla to handle transactions efficiently, manage sales and stock accurately, and provide the better levels of customer service. It also offers special functionality to support customer loyalty programs.
