Time Warner Cable Inc. announced that it recently signed up its 4 millionth residential Digital Phone subscriber.

Digital Phone, available throughout Time Warner Cable's footprint, delivers pricing structures including, In-state unlimited, local-only unlimited and International OnePrice, along with the unlimited local and long distance plan.
Time Warner Cable is a cable operator in the U.S., with well-clustered systems located in five geographic areas - New York State (including New York City), the Carolinas, Ohio, southern California (including Los Angeles) and Texas.
