Kinbauri Gold Announces Reasons Issued in Court Hearing with Glen Eagle

Kinbauri Gold Corp. ("Kinbauri") (TSX VENTURE:KNB)(FRANKFURT:3KG.DE) announces that Justice Wilton-Seigel has issued his reasons in respect of his ruling of the dispute between Kinbauri and Glen Eagle Resources Inc. Kinbauri strongly encourages shareholders to review the reasons.
