(SWR - TSX Venture), ("Swift") (the "Company"), has retained Hardman & Co. of London, UK, to initiate corporate coverage of Swift Resources Inc. and Swift's 'Saskatoba Coal Project'. Coverage will include a Research Report and regular updates of the Company's projects as they progress.
Hardman & Co was founded by Roger Hardman who spent 11 years as head of Small Company Research at Hong Kong Bank James Capel, and is a market leader in quality research with special expertise in the mining sector. Hardman & Co. Research Reports are circulated to the professional investment community and press, including Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, First Call, Capital IQ, Research Direct, Factset and themarkets.com. Swift's progress will be incorporated in the Hardman & Co. Monthly Company summary and will be circulated to investment institutions in Hardman's Monthly research publication.
Swift has agreed to pay Hardman & Co. an annual fee of 11,000 British Pounds, in quarterly instalments. The arrangement is for twelve months from the date of publication of the Initiation of Coverage, after which it can be cancelled by either party on three months notice.
