The enhanced warranty surpasses the offerings of many other high performance network vendors by incorporating a combination of hardware and software warranties, technical support coverage and express advanced hardware replacement (eAHR). Additionally, Extreme Networks will continue to make available additional fee-based service offerings, such as 4-hour AHR, where geographically available, and 24x7x365 Technical Assistance Center (TAC) programs, for customers who have further support requirements.
