Energy Conversion Devices, Mercury Solar Systems Signed Multiyear Supply Agreement (ENER)

8/12/2009 - Energy Conversion Devices Inc. (NASDAQ:ENER) announced it has signed a multiyear supply agreement with Mercury Solar Systems. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. ECD, which makes flexible solar laminates, said that the agreement with Mercury will expand distribution of its UNI-SOLAR brand products in the Easter United States. ECD will also provide training and design future solar systems with Mercury.
