Nexxus Lighting Launches New Product Offering for Replacement Lamp Line

Nexxus Lighting announced that it has launched its new narrow optic, 25 degree Beam Angle, product offering for its Par 30, Par 16 and MR16 Array LED replacement lamp line and that it has received purchase orders valued at over $565,000 for Array lamps in the last 60 days.

"Momentum is building on this exciting new product line, and with the launch of our much anticipated 25 degree lens offering - we are now able to address applications needing a more direct focus of light; including spot lighting of merchandise for retail stores, track lighting, and numerous other spot / accent lighting applications," stated Mike Bauer, President & CEO of Nexxus Lighting. "We are receiving tremendous feedback on how well the lamps are performing, how thermally cool they operate and how lightweight they are compared to other competitive offerings. Now that the full initial product offering is complete, including the 230 volt version of our Par 30 lamp for Europe, our team is now focused on ramping sales and building brand awareness at a faster pace. Array lamps have been featured in several recent publications including The New York Times, The Electrical Distributor (TED), Lighting Design + Application (LD+A) and Visual Merchandising magazine, and our goal is to make more and more businesses aware of the cost saving benefits of this new LED replacement lamp line," concluded Bauer.

According to company officials, Array Lighting LED replacement lamps can aid in energy consumption by over 80 percent over incandescent lamps and can save approximately 25 percent on energy vs. compact fluorescent (CFL) lamps.

Nexxus Lighting is involved in lighting technology, including solid-state LED and fiber optic lighting systems and controls used in commercial, architectural, signage, swimming pool, entertainment and retail lighting.
