Logan Allin Joins City National Bank

City National Bank(r), California's Premier Private and Business Bank(r), today announced that Logan Allin has joined the company as senior vice president and manager of business and operations strategy for its Wealth Management division.

Allin will help to set long-term goals and serve to coordinate product, technology and operational strategy across Wealth Management and its affiliate investment firms. Allin will report directly to Richard Gershen, the head of Wealth Management.

Allin joins the bank from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Los Angeles, where he headed the asset management consulting practice for the western region. Before that, he was a partner leading the global wealth management practice for EMC Corp.'s consulting business in New York. From 2003 to 2006, he was a manager in the wealth management practice at Capgemini in New York. Allin started his career with Citigroup in Chicago.

Allin holds a bachelor's degree from Duke University, is a member of the Project Management Institute and a candidate for the Certified Financial Planner designation. He often speaks at industry conferences on a variety of wealth management topics and sits on the board of the Family Office Association.
