CDC Global Services (CGS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CDC Corporation (CDC), has signed a binding term sheet to acquire an information technology (IT) services provider primarily focused on business intelligence solutions for the healthcare market.
CGS is a US-based provider of business information systems solutions, while CDC is a Hong Kong-based provider of enterprise software, mobile services and applications, internet and media services.
