Armada Data Retains Integrated Investor Relations Inc.

Armada Data Corporation (ARD - TSX Venture), is pleased to announce it has engaged Integrated Investor Relations Inc., ('Integrated') to perform investor relations services for the company commencing August 19, 2009.

Richard Buzbuzian is the President and CEO of Integrated, and was formerly a Director, and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Armada and brings over 10 years of working knowledge and experience in the investment industry to his new role with the company as its investor relations consultant. Mr. Buzbuzian also remains a shareholder in Armada.

The term of the contract with Integrated is for 18 months which can be cancelled by Armada providing 30 days notice after six months. Terms of the agreement include a monthly fee of $2,500 payable to Integrated and 270,000 options vesting 1/3 every 6 months after the grant date having an exercise price of $0.15 per share and a term of five years, all subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
