Fortune Taps Ebix as 2nd on Its 'Best Investments' List

Fortune magazine announced that Ebix, Inc. has been ranked 2nd on its list of Best Investments in the world.

The list, which comprises of the 100 Fastest growing companies in the world, appears in the 31st August 2009 issue of Fortune Magazine and is available on Fortune.com.

Ebix was ranked No. 4 amongst the 100 hundred fastest growing companies, named "the World's supercharged performers" by Fortune magazine. Research in Motion Limited (NASDAQ GS:RIMM), was ranked as the No. 1 fastest growing company in the world.

Fortune also ranked Ebix as the No. 1 Fastest growing company from Georgia in the list. IntercontinentalExchange Inc (NYSE:ICE) was the only other company from Georgia on the list. Ebix was ranked 20th based on Profit growth and 29th based on sales growth, in the list.

Ebix is an international supplier of On-Demand software and E-commerce services to the insurance industry.
