'Zen Internet, O2 top Which? Broadband Best Buy survey'

Zen Internet and O2 UK have come top of the latest Broadband Best Buy report from Which? Zen Internet came top with a customer satisfaction score of 87 percent, followed by O2 with 85 percent. The Utility Warehouse was in 3rd place with 81 percent and O2-owned Be in 4th place with 80 percent. All four were given Which? Best Buy awards. The UK four largest ISPs failed to impress the Which? panel. BT, Virgin Media and Talk Talk all hover around the 50 percent customer satisfaction level, with Tiscali scoring 39 percent and named as Which Don't Buy. Other Which? Don't Buys were AOL, Karoo, Orange and Pipex. No Don't Buy ISP scores more than three stars for any rating, and AOL, Orange, Pipex and Tiscali all get just one star for customer service.
