Ultimate Sports, Inc. Unveils Plans for a "Green" Vehicle

Ultimate Sports, Inc. (Pink Sheets:USPS), a manufacturer and supplier to the recreational vehicle industry, announced today that the firm is currently working on a project to produce an electric-powered one-person scooter. This "green machine" is an all around vehicle that has ample storage space, yet is small enough to fit through standard 32-inch-wide doorways. The scooter is geared towards police, security, vending, racing, towing and pushing; however, there are ample other uses as well.

The scooter will weigh between 500 and 600 pounds and will run for 8 to 12 hours on a single charge. The rider can either stand or sit, depending on preference. The target price will most likely be in the range of $7,500 to $12,000, but will vary since each scooter will be built to the purchaser's specifications.

Kevin Metheny, President of Ultimate Sports, states, "It's clear that the public interest these days has turned to environmentally friendly, 'green' products. USI is well aware of this trend and has decided to make every effort to comply by producing such a product. All preliminary drawings for the electric scooter are complete. One of my esteemed colleagues has agreed to provide advice and aid us in getting the project off the ground. We expect the unit to be in production by the spring of 2010. We are confident that the scooter will be highly successful once it is available."
