Herbalife, Ltd. has acquired certain assets of Micelle Laboratories, Inc., a manufacturer of food and nutritional supplements, for a cash consideration of approximately $10 million. Both the companies are based in the US.

Herbalife is a network marketing company selling weight management, nutritional supplement, and personal care products.
