OLB Group forms joint venture with Leorex

The OLB Group, Inc. (OLBG), a US-based e-commerce service provider that delivers fully outsourced private label shopping solutions, has formed a joint venture with Leorex, Ltd., an Australia-based developer of derma-cosmetic products based on nano-technology for treating skin problems.

Through the joint venture, OLB will be offering derma-cosmetic products (anti-aging cosmetics) from Leorex through online and direct response marketing in the US. A new website is launched (www.leorexdirect.com) utilizing the current platform of e-commerce from ShopFast, OLB's software platform.

OLB offers two software products to their clients who sell products through the internet, ShopFast Direct Shopping Database (ShopFast DSD) and ShopFast ProfitCenter (ShopFast PC).
