NICE Systems to acquire Hexagon System Engineering

NICE Systems, Ltd. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Hexagon System Engineering, Ltd., a provider of cellular location tracking technology, for approximately $11 million. Both the companies are based in Israel.

NICE Systems is a provider of Insight from Interactions (TM), offering performance management and interaction analytics solutions for the enterprise and public safety and security markets.
