Constellation Software's Trapeze Subsidiary Awarded Statewide Rural Intelligent Transportation System Contract for State of Missouri

Trapeze Software Inc. ("Trapeze"), a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU) and a leading provider of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and mobile technologies is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a significant contract to supply a statewide rural ITS solution for the State of Missouri.

The Trapeze solution for the state of Missouri includes an advanced scheduling and dispatching application developed to support the coordinated transportation efforts of paratransit services in the area. The solution integrates with in-vehicle mobile computing equipment, enabling continual updates to schedules, providing actual arrival and departure times from pick-up and drop-off locations and allowing dispatchers to monitor on time performance.

Additional components of the integrated ITS solution include a customer relationship management module to assist in capturing, tracking and following up on requests and complaints from customers as well as an advanced interactive voice response (IVR) system with call back and confirm/cancel capabilities.

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) initiated the procurement of a rural ITS solution and OATS Inc., (OATS) one of the largest rural transportation providers in Missouri, procured the project.
