9/1/2009-Shares of Immunomedics (NASDAQ:IMMU) rose over 4% at Tuesday's open after the company said it planned to raise $151.1 million by selling stock and warrants in a filing with the SEC. In the filing the company said it may issue "any combination of up to 20,000,000 shares of common stock and 3,000,000 warrants."
