9/1/2009 - General Dynamics Corp's (NYSE:GD) Electric Boat received a contract worth $30.9 million from the Navy to provide services on two submarine launched ballistic missile programs, according to the Pentagon. Electric Boat will also install ship alteration kits, a fire control system, and provide technical engineering support on a weapon system. The work is expected to be completed by August 4, 2010 and will be performed in Groton, Conn., Silverdale, Wash., and Kings Bay, Ga.
