Omni-Lite Industries announces new orders

CERRITOS, CA -- Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. (OML-TSX VENTURE) is pleased to announce that it has received several new orders in the Military, Aerospace, Automotive, and Sports and Recreational divisions of the Company. These latest orders are for approximately $1,754,255 CDN ($1,589,004 US). "Some of the long term U.S. Military programs that Omni-Lite has been working on for the past two years are now reaching the production stage," stated Allen W. Maxin, VP of Operations. "Approximately 70% of these new orders are for military products. Most importantly, some of the orders are now expected on an annual basis for the next 5 years."

Omni-Lite is continuing to complete the development of two additional components for the U.S. Military. Some of these components are expected to enter the testing phase in the next couple of months. If successful, production could begin on these components in the fourth quarter of 2009.

The remainder of the orders announced are for sports and recreational products that the Company has been manufacturing for the last 15 years and for aerospace products that are utilized in a wide range of modern aircraft.
