Saudi Arabia Deploying ICOP Units

ICOP Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICOP), an industry-leading company engaged in advancing digital surveillance technology solutions, today announced a recent trip to Saudi Arabia to visit its current customer, the Ministry of the Interior. The purpose of the trip was to integrate servers into five Ministry of Interior Headquarters Offices and 15 Precincts across Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with ICOP DVMS and ICOP iVAULT(TM) Media Management Software installed on the servers. This establishes the platform which will support the installation of additional ICOP units.

"The groundwork accomplished during this recent visit lays the foundation for future deployments of ICOP systems and ensures that both our customer, the Ministry of Interior, and our dealer, DDIT, are well prepared for a successful roll-out across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," said Laura Owen, President and Chief Operating Officer at ICOP.

During the course of the trip, 30 IT Supervisors from the Ministry of Interior were trained on ICOP technology over a five-day period. The territory of the Pilot Project spreads over 600 square miles, covering all of the capital city of Riyadh. The ICOP Pilot Project is a part of a major national Saudi Homeland Security initiative.
