'Rambler appoints Terekhov as CFO'

Russian internet group Rambler Media has appointed Andrey Terekhov as its chief financial officer. Terekhov joins Rambler from Russian retailer X5 Retail Group, where he served as CFO for Ukrainian operations. Before that, he was head of internal audit for the Russian retail chain Perekriostok, and worked in the internal control department of Philip Morris Kazakhstan. Rambler has also appointed Olga Paskina as its non-executive director. Most recently, Paskina served as VP of legal and corporate development for Russian private diversified media holding ProfMedia, Rambler's majority shareholder.
