Openwave Execs Presenting at International Events

Openwave Systems, a software company offering a mediation platform and tools to mobilize the Internet, announced that several of its executives will share their insights on the latest mobile internet trends at conference venues throughout the month of September.

Conferences (all times are local) where Openwave executives will deliver presentations include:

- Telecoms World Australia 2009, through 10 September, Sydney - Dan Nguyen, vice president of product management, Openwave, will present on "Managing and Monetizing the Fast Rise of Mobile Broadband" on Wednesday, September 9 at 11:30 a.m., at the Swissotel located in Sydney, Australia.

- Mobile Marketing Forum Europe, 9 - 10 September, Berlin - Mayur Pitamber, head of mobile analytics, Openwave EMEA, will present on "The Future of Mobile Media Planning," where he will discuss why it is necessary to present a unified, standards-based cross-industry platform to enable media agencies to deliver successful campaigns over mobile. The session takes place on Thursday, September 10 at 2:10 p.m., at the NH Berlin Mitte Hotel in Berlin, Germany.

- GigaOM Mobilize 09, 10 September, San Francisco - Ken Denman, CEO, Openwave, will participate on a panel entitled, "Ultraband: A Fast Platform for Innovation." The panel takes place on Thursday, September 10 at 11:10 a.m., at the Mission Bay Conference Center located in San Francisco.

- Jefferies 3rd Annual Technology Conference, 16 September, New York - Denman is scheduled to deliver a presentation outlining Openwave's vision for products, markets and growth strategy. - LBS LATAM 09, 17 September, Miami - Kumar Thangamuthu, senior product marketing manager, Openwave, will participate on a panel entitled, "Using and Monetizing Geographical Information for Third Parties" that takes place on Thursday, September 17 at 12:10 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables.
