ManTech International Names Carlos Echalar as Executive VP of Human Resources

ManTech International announced it has named Carlos S. Echalar as Executive VP of Human Resources.
Echalar is joining ManTech International Corp. from SAIC where he was the Senior VP, Global Human Resource Operations and supported 45,000 employees in 400 operating locations. Previously, Echalar held a variety of human capital executive leadership roles at Titan, where he was responsible for deploying over 3,500 people internationally; American Management Systems; Litton Industries/PRC; Booz Allen Hamilton; and TRW.
Before joining ManTech International, Echalar was a member of the SAIC senior executive team, where he led the company's human resource programs and operations for an over $10 billion corporation with 45,000 employees, and where he oversaw large-scale transformational programs. Echalar also has served for more than 20 years as a business and HR executive. Before joining SAIC, Echalar served as Senior Director of Human Resources for Titan. He held similar executive and business management roles in global Fortune 100 and government contracting companies, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Litton, and TRW. Echalar has served as president and executive leader of both global and local industry association boards; he serves as a national speaker on business-focused human capital and business topics; and has contributed as a writer for human capital and business topics for national newspapers and magazines, the company noted in a release.
