WENR Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WNRC), announced today it has signed a preliminary settlement agreement with a lawsuit, which originated in May 2002. The lawsuit resulted from a dispute concerning the Global Image Technologies acquisition. Final documentation is available on the Company's website. The Company and all parties have agreed to a mutually satisfactory settlement. The Company looks forward to building shareholder value through acquisitions.
