Madison Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MDC) ("Madison") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Elias Foscolos of Calgary, Alberta as a new director of Madison. Mr. Foscolos is a former board member of Madison, a board member and President of the general partner of Amalgamated Income Limited Partnership and is currently a director of Seaway Energy Services Inc. and Banff Rocky Mountain Resorts Ltd. Previously, Mr. Foscolos was vice-president of a national investment banking firm.
