Software M&A Specialist Corum Group Advises Global Equity Capital in its Sale of Adventa Control Technology, Inc to Rudolph Technologies, Inc.

Corum Group Ltd. (http://www.corumgroup.com) today announced the July 14th acquisition of Adventa Control Technologies, Inc. by Rudolph Technologies, Inc. Adventa is an affiliate company to Global Capital Equity and a leading provider of a wide range of Advanced Process Control (APC) technologies specifically for tool automation, Run-to-Run control, and fault detection and classification to semiconductor manufacturers.

Bill Montgomery, Senior Vice President of Corum Group, said, "Adventa's advanced manufacturing software in the semiconductor industry for wafer fabs and production tools is a great addition to the Rudolph portfolio of software targeted to semiconductor manufacturers."

Adventa provides solutions for manufacturing execution system (MES), advanced machine control and process control, fault detection and intervention and system integration.
