'Fastweb revamps portfolio for SMEs'

Italian telecommunications operator Fastweb has added new services to its portfolio for SMEs 'Fastweb Soluzione Impresaas' (Fastweb Enterprise Solution). The move comes after the company registered a 10 percent increase year-on-year of revenues in Q2 generated by services for SMEs. Clients are offered new tariff plans such as 'My Business Start', 'Small Business Plus Fixed Mobile', 'Mobile Solution Still', 'Mobile Full Solution' and 'Unlimited Full Solution'. Aimed at micro enterprises, the former package costs EUR 25.50 per month and comes with a telephone line with 200 minutes of traffic including fixed to mobile calls, 200 minutes of broadband internet navigation and the possibility of adding a second line. For those who prefer only calls to fixed lines instead of calls to both fixed and mobile numbers, the operator offers 'My Business Speak' for EUR 30.50 per month. Moreover, with the new option 'Fixed Mobile', users can use more fixed-to-mobile calls for EUR 11.5 per month. The Small Business plan, which offers voice and broadband internet access for businesses with up to 30 lines, is now available with traffic to mobile phones using the new package 'Small Business Plus Fixed Mobile', or bundled with the PBX mobile multi-function and maintenance. With Mobile Solution Still, users get 800 minutes of calls, 200 SMS and 500 MB of data traffic for EUR 34.90 per month. Mobile Full Solution is priced at EUR 100 per month and includes 1800 minutes of calls, 400 SMS and 1 GB of data traffic. Unlimited Full Solution lets users talk and surf at broadband speeds inside and outside the office, with an almost unlimited number of calls from any landline and mobile company. The price of this service starts at EUR 87.50 per month, depending on the size of the company. Other new services offered by Fastweb include a managed security offering called 'Fastweb Secure Network', a support service named 'We Care Gold Pro' as well as ICT services that include desktop PCs, laptops and netbooks with installation, configuration and on-site services, with installment payments over 36 months and three years of warranty.
