Sycamore Networks Sets Date to Report Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2009 Financial Results

Sycamore Networks, Inc. announced that the company will report its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2009 financial results for the period ending July 31, on Monday, September 14, prior to market open.

In conjunction with the release of its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2009 financial results, Sycamore will host a conference call for investors at 8:30 a.m. ET on Monday, September 14. The call will be broadcast live over the Internet. Interested investors are encouraged to log onto the live Webcast at least 15 minutes prior to the call. Participating in the call will be Daniel E. Smith, Sycamore's president and CEO and Paul F. Brauneis, Sycamore's CFO.

Sycamore Networks is a provider of intelligent bandwidth management solutions for fixed line and mobile network operators.
