Pacific Office Properties Names Interim CEO, CFO

September 14, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc. (AMEX: PCE), a West Coast office REIT, said that its board has appointed chairman Jay H. Shidler as president and chief executive officer and Lawrence J. Taff as chief financial officer.

Shidler and Taff will serve on an interim basis while the company conducts a formal search for each position. Taff will also retain his existing responsibilities as EVP of the REIT's Honolulu operations.

Former president and CEO Dallas E. Lucas departed the company on August 31, following the expiration of his employment agreement. James M. Kasim resigned from the CFO post effective September 4.
