Max Media Group, Inc. Announces Corporate Update; GM Vice Chairman Bob Lutz to Interview On MXMI's Maximum Motoring Show

Max Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MXMI) announced today the following corporate updates:

THE MAXIMUM MOTORING SHOW ("MMS")

The MMS, the Company's collector and classic car radio show, is please to announce that it will have General Motors Vice Chairman Bob Lutz as its special guest this Wednesday, September 16, 2009, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. ET. Mr. Lutz has spent many years with Chrysler Corporation, Ford Motor Company and the last 8 years with General Motors.

The Maximum Motoring Show can be heard on WTAN 1340 and 1350 AM in Tampa Bay, Florida. The show is also broadcast live on the Internet. The link can be accessed at www.maximummotoring.com. Additionally, the Maximum Motoring Show has announced a new show featuring a live remote broadcast from Bay Coast Coffee Market at 2525 Gulf-to-Bay Blvd. in Clearwater, FL. The show, "Chrome & Coffee," will have classic car owners and special guest interviews as part of its format with a focus on collector and classic cars. The show will be broadcast every Friday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. ET.

This show will be in partnership with Suncoast Animal League, a non-profit and no-kill shelter in Palm Harbor. Suncoast Animal League, www.suncoastanimalleague.org, is an animal rescue agency, taking in abandoned, abused, homeless or unwanted animals. Its facility and volunteers also provide medical treatment, food, shelter and specialized services for animals traumatized from previous experiences. Suncoast will also feature several of their adoptable pets from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. ET.

CORPORATE FILINGS AND DISCLOSURE

The Company has completed the filing of its Initial Disclosure Document and financials with Pink Sheets. Max Media has now been upgraded to Current Information status with Pink Sheets and will continue as such as long as the Company keeps its quarterly filings current. EXPANSION AND ACQUISITIONS

Management has identified several acquisitions that it feels fit into the Company's current business model. These acquisitions would add revenues, additional exposure for the Company's listings and expand the Company's products and services.

Two of these acquisitions have been in due diligence and the Company expects to announce updates regarding the progress shortly.

The Company has purchased the domain name www.maxmediaMXMI.com to be used as its corporate website. Management is presently completing the construction of the website and plans to use it to keep the shareholders updated with its activities, as well as maintain its transparency.

The Company anticipates several updates over the coming weeks regarding its developments and progress towards building a multimedia internet marketing company.
