MEDecision Gets 2 'Best Places to Work' Awards

MEDecision, Inc., a provider of collaborative health care management solutions, has been honored in separate national and regional "best places to work" programs.

The company said that it has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare Magazine and one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania by the Central Penn Business Journal.

Modern Healthcare's Best Places to Work in Healthcare program honors outstanding employers in the health care industry on a national scale. It is intended to help organizations improve brand awareness, enhance recruiting efforts and strengthen employee morale, among other things. The Best Places to Work in PA program is a public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry and the Central Penn Business Journal. It identifies, recognizes and honors the best places to be employed in Pennsylvania, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses.

Modern Healthcare will reveal the ranked order of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare in a special supplement it will publish on October 26. Recipients also will be honored at a banquet in Chicago the following day.

MEDecision will be recognized at the Best Places to Work in PA evening awards ceremony on December 1 at the Hershey Lodge & Convention Center in Hershey, PA. Rankings will be revealed at the ceremony.
