Open Text extends partnership with Logica

Open Text Corporation, a Canadian enterprise content management solutions provider, has extended its partnership with Logica, an IT and business services company based in the UK, with Logica joining the Open Text Global Partner Program for SAP Competence.

Under the agreement, Logica will deliver and support the Open Text Enterprise Content Management (ECM) suite for SAP solutions.

The companies, together with SAP, will collaborate on the implementation of joint market offerings, based on the Open Text ECM suite for SAP solutions, in conjunction with a range of consulting, systems integration, application management and managed operation services from Logica.

Simon Harrison, vice president of sales for northern Europe at Open Text, said: "This latest partnership agreement reinforces the faith we have in Logica and the fact they continue to deliver great results with Open Text. For us, this is a natural extension to our already strong partnership and enables us to offer our market leading SAP solutions to a far broader market. We're looking forward to this next chapter and continuing to build on our relationship with Logica."
