BGI Canada Announces Quarterly Cash Distributions for iShares(R) Funds

Barclays Global Investors Canada Limited (BGI Canada) (TSX:XBB)(TSX:XCB)(TSX:XCG)(TSX:XCV)(TSX:XDV)(TSX:XEG)(TSX:XFN)(TSX:XGB)(TSX:XGD)(TSX:XIC)(TSX:XIT)(TSX:XIU)(TSX:XLB)(TSX:XMA)(TSX:XMD)(TSX:XRE)(TSX:XSB)(TSX:XTR)(TSX:XEN)(TSX:XCS) announced today the third quarter 2009 cash distributions for iShares funds. Unitholders of record on September 29, 2009 will receive cash distributions payable on September 30, 2009. Details of the "per unit" distribution amounts are as follows:
