Jefferies names Emilio Hunolt as new SVP

Jefferies Group, a US-based securities and investment banking group, has appointed Emilio Hunolt as a senior vice president and European loan trader. He is based in London.

Mr Hunolt joins Jefferies from Dresdner Kleinwort, where he worked for more than eight years and was most recently a director and head of loan trading.

Jon Pliner, head of European credit sales and trading, and Kenton Jernigan, head of European credit sales, said: "We are delighted to welcome Emilio Hunolt, whose experience, knowledge and strong relationships complement our existing high yield franchise in Europe and will allow us to better serve clients globally. Emilio's addition is a natural extension of our US loan business, and his expertise significantly strengthens Jefferies's growing European credit business and will enable our customers to trade loans globally."
