Krishak Bharati Cooperative (Kribhco) acquires 5% stake in Indian Commodity Exchange

Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited, a manufacturer of urea, ammonia, and bio-fertilizers, has acquired a 5% stake in Indian Commodity Exchange, Ltd. from Indiabulls Financial Services, Ltd. (IFS) and MMTC, Ltd. All the entities are based in India.

IFS is a financial services company, while MMTC is an importer and exporter of minerals, fertilizers, agro products, and non-ferrous metals.
